Customer Service Manager, MisterSales & MisterChat

As a commercial project manager, you’ll be the first point of contact and the linchpin between our clients and colleagues. You listen, help, solve problems, and go the extra mile. Whether it’s a simple question or a complex problem, you stay calm, think through the issue with the other person, and come up with solutions that make them happy.

What are you going to do?

You’ll help shape and develop our internal processes to ensure an ideal customer experience.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues from other departments to provide customers with fast and effective assistance.
You ensure a perfect customer experience and an effective process from initial contact through to completion.

What do we offer you?

You communicate clearly, politely, and professionally
You have at least a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking
You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
You have a perfect command of software packages such as MS Office.
You are customer-focused, solution-oriented, and a team player
Willing to answer questions even outside of office hours.
Experience is a plus, but we also welcome entry-level candidates. After all, your attitude and skills are what determine your success.
