The position:
You’re the linchpin of our organization. You support the sales team in preparing quotes and orders, maintain contact with suppliers and the workshop, and ensure that inventory records are kept up to date. You enjoy answering the phone, but you also notice when we’re running low on stamps and order more right away. You’re a real go-getter.
Your responsibilities:
- Staying in touch with salespeople
- Preparing Offers/Quotes
- Contacts with suppliers and planing mills
- Work Through the Exercises
- Tracking Incoming and Outgoing Shipments
- Calculate
- Answering and transferring calls from
- phone calls
- Hosting a visitor
- Inventory Management
- Processing of Production and Work Order Forms
- Keeping track of and ordering stamps, printed materials, office supplies, etc.
- Sending Wood Samples + Tracking Inventory
- Attend networking events/activities
- Conceiving and creating advertisements and mailings
- Website Maintenance and Management
- Create and organize project photos and descriptions

Our wood is primarily used in public spaces (street furniture), gardens (porches, fences, decking), and construction (facades, galleries). That is why we have a wide variety of companies as customers.

As a business-minded individual (with a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking), you understand all too well the importance of marketing, and you’re eager to contribute to these efforts in collaboration with management. - Work location: Lopik
- Education: Higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator would be a plus.

- Skills: Good organizational skills, ability to think independently, monitoring processes, maintaining an overview
