At 12GO Biking, we don’t just sell bikes—we create experiences. For you, a bike is more than just a product; it’s a passion. You listen to, advise, and work closely with every customer, ensuring they not only find their dream bike but also have the perfect fit thanks to our professional bike fits.
What are you going to do?
As a member of our sports bike sales team, you’ll be the go-to person for customers looking for the perfect bike. You have a knack for understanding what people need, switch effortlessly between conversations, and make sure everyone leaves with a smile. From a high-end road bike to an entry-level mountain bike, you know how to delight every customer with the right advice.
At our in-house bike fit studio, you’ll learn how to provide each customer with a perfectly tailored experience. No prior experience is required—we’ll train you entirely in-house.
Where will you end up?
You’ll work at the Netherlands’ leading bike shop, surrounded by coworkers who are just as crazy about bikes as you are. You’ll have a varied range of responsibilities, plenty of challenges, and the opportunity to grow in a direction that suits you. Who are you?

- Knowledge of road bikes is a plus; experience with bike fits is not required.

Employment and Work Hours
You are available on Saturdays and, during the season, on one late-night shopping night (Thursday or Friday). We’ll also tailor your hours and schedule to your availability, with plenty of flexibility.
