What are you going to do?
As a showroom sales associate, you are the face of Well-Fair. You welcome visitors to the showroom, listen to their needs, and provide clear, honest advice. Our customers sometimes come to us with practical questions, and other times with emotional concerns. You know how to handle these situations with respect.
- Greeting and advising customers in the showroom
- Demonstrating our products and solutions
- Helping people make the right choice based on their needs
- Preparing and following up on quotes
- Contributing ideas on customer experience and showroom presentation
You’ll be working in a close-knit team where we balance results with a human touch.
Who are you?
We’re not looking for a “quick salesperson,” but someone who inspires trust.
- You have commercial experience or a strong aptitude for advising clients
- You’re a good listener and can easily switch between different conversations
- You enjoy helping people find a suitable solution
- You are friendly, patient, and professional in your communication
- You enjoy working independently, but you’re also a strong team player
Experience in healthcare, retail, or housing counseling is a plus, but not required. We’ll train you on the job.
