At Trimble, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to serve as the hub of our office in Bodegraven. Your Role

At Trimble, you’re more than just a receptionist; you’re the face of our company and a key link in our day-to-day operations. In your role:

• Create a warm welcome: Greet visitors, customers, and coworkers with a smile and make them feel right at home.
• Precision Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and CRM tasks smoothly and accurately.
• Keep everything running smoothly: Handle the receipt and shipment of mail, packages, and orders.
• Make anything possible: Plan and manage meeting rooms and other facilities.
• Be an organizational whiz: Make sure the reception area and the office are always neat, organized, and professional.
• Provide impactful support: Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, following up on leads, and assisting customers.

What Are You Bringing?

You are an energetic, customer-focused professional with a passion for organization and service. In addition, you have:

• Communication skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• A keen eye: Attention to detail and the ability to set priorities.
• Composure under pressure: You remain professional and solution-oriented, even in busy or challenging situations.
• Experience and skills: Experience in a similar role (preferred) and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• A positive attitude: Team-oriented, proactive, and always willing to help.
• Availability: You will be on-site in Bodegraven from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
