We are Moree, specialists in outdoor spaces. We offer a comprehensive range of services covering every aspect of outdoor spaces. This includes comprehensive green space management for municipalities, the construction of sheet pile walls, piers, (nature) playgrounds, and various other site and infrastructure projects—covering construction, consulting, and maintenance. We carry out this work with a team of approximately 60 employees. We’re based in Papendrecht and operate from our office near the Waterbus stop.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a driven professional to work 32–40 hours per week who can serve as a sounding board for management, project leaders, foremen, and the financial manager. Ideally, you place a high priority on quality, have a firm grasp of the bidding process—from pricing to planning—and are able to lead while showing consideration for your colleagues.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in a similar role or as a logical next step based on your experience
- HBO-level work and thinking skills
- A meticulous and precise work ethic
- Clear and transparent communication skills
- An enthusiastic, team-oriented mindset
What you’ll be doing:
As Head of the Business Planning Department, you’ll work closely with management to determine which bids we’ll participate in. You’ll lead the business planning team in pricing and ensure that EMVI plans are precisely defined. After winning a bid, you’ll ensure a smooth handover to the project manager. You’ll identify growth opportunities for the organization and contribute to company-wide initiatives such as biodiversity, circularity, and sustainability. You’ll stay abreast of market developments and proactively identify new opportunities.
