What are you going to do?
You’ll actively seek out new markets and customers and stay in constant communication with our current clients to stay ahead of their needs. You’re not only their point of contact, but also their advisor who knows exactly which products are the best fit for their business. Together with the team, you’ll ensure that Muijs Seafood remains the top choice for fish, seafood products, and related items.
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify and close deals with new customers and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
- Strategic Growth: Develop sales strategies that strengthen our market position and ensure that we continue to excel in quality and service.
- Customized Product Recommendations: Inspire and advise customers with our innovative products that bring their offerings to life.
- Negotiation and Sales: With your persuasive skills, you know how to secure the best terms for both parties.
Who are you?
- Energetic salesperson with at least 2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the food industry.
- Knowledge of the fishing industry is a real plus!
- Results-oriented and commercially driven: For you, targets aren’t a limitation—they’re a challenge.
- A relationship builder with flair: You know how to captivate, convince, and retain customers through your knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Team player and soloist: You enjoy working with others, but you also take the initiative and accept responsibility.
