André Media Group, based in Zoetermeer, specializes in in-store media. We sell advertising space primarily in supermarkets and are the market leader in this field. André Media Group started this business 35 years ago in Germany and now operates in large parts of Europe. Over 10 years ago, we introduced the André Media Group concept in the Netherlands and Belgium. We offer local and regional business owners the opportunity to gain exclusive visibility and thereby increase brand awareness. We are a growing organization. The work atmosphere is informal, and we work with an enthusiastic team of professionals. There’s time for camaraderie, and we look out for one another, but we’re also results-oriented.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a sales powerhouse. You’ll be responsible for managing a portion of andré media’s client base. Customer satisfaction is our top priority; you’ll resolve customer issues and work with colleagues to ensure clients pay their invoices. You’ll follow up with clients regarding promotions and reviews. You’ll be the first point of contact for sales management. In addition, you’ll support sales management and the back office in carrying out sales and administrative tasks.
You approach customers in a proactive manner while keeping the relationship in mind. You’re the kind of person who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and knows how to satisfy customers in an effective and positive way. In addition, you’re great at resolving complaints and monitoring and following up on actions.
Job Requirements
- You have completed a commercial-administrative program and possess a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking
- You have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar position
- You have a business-oriented mindset and enjoy achieving your goals
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- You are meticulous and focused on quality
- You’re able to hold your own in a busy, hectic environment
- You have a can-do attitude and an eye for detail
- You’re good at monitoring and following up, and you’re a structured worker
- You enjoy working independently, but you’re also good at working with others
