As commercial project manager, you are the first point of contact and the linchpin between our clients and colleagues. You listen, help, solve and surprise. Whether it’s a simple question or a complex problem: you stay calm, think along and provide solutions that make the other person happy.

What will you do?
- You think along and help build our internal processes for an ideal client experience.
- You liaise with colleagues from other departments to help clients quickly and well.
- You ensure a perfect client experience and an effective process from first contact to completion.
What do we offer you?
- You communicate clearly, kindly and professionally
- You have at least a higher professional (HBO) working and thinking level
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
- You have perfect command of packages such as MS Office.
- You are client-oriented, solution-oriented and a team player
- Willing to answer a question outside office hours too.
- Experience is nice, but starters are welcome too. After all, your attitude and skills determine success.
