In 2017, NETGEAR approached us to think along with their growth.
NETGEAR is a typical American company in the world of “non-stop connecting " in every place
and at any time. Say a premium IT supplier with a global reseller channel.

Their ambition was to grow constantly and not constantly against the known growth limits
walk on. To name just one; plenty of business opportunities in the growing market, but
not enough qualified people to get them converted. In addition, a growing
international customer base, which needs regular attention but for which time often
missing. Bad thing, of course.

Their main requirement was; no own people on the payroll, but a flexible shell of
commercial people, who, if successful, could be subsequently recruited to the NETGEAR
account team. So first prove, then build further.

We have developed a plan in which we took responsibility in putting together
a junior team.. These juniors have started in our telemarketing team on the B and C customers of
NETGEAR to perform purely relational work. After a solid training period, we increased the
desired output. The most successful were subsequently seconded to NETGEAR. After 1 year of
these proven talents were further recruited by NETGEAR.
This process of selection, training and secondment has been extremely successful several times
cares.
